La Travessa is an adventure reality show produced by Aguacate & Calabaza Films for the CCMA (Catalan Corporation of Audiovisual Media). Available on the digital platform 3Cat, the show has also aired on TV3, Catalonia's public television channel.

Hosted by Laura Escanes, La Travessa brings together a group of participants who face physical and emotional challenges in the heart of nature, combining self-improvement, camaraderie, and spectacular landscapes.

An original idea by Jorge Velasco and Núria Velasco, the program premiered on October 30, 2023 on 3Cat, coinciding with the launch of the new platform, and arrived on TV3 on June 7, 2024.
