Norbert is an incompetent spy in a gray, bureaucratic and sad nation. Its rulers dream of conquering its colorful neighbor, a small and cheerful country where everything works backwards in total and absurd chaos, something that makes its inhabitants terribly happy.
Some sketches we made to guide the designer, who was also the film's art director, Luis Suárez.
